By placing an order through this website, you are entering into a legal agreement and confirm that the
details you provide us are accurate.
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation, unless there are
exceptional circumstances.
The price payable for the Products shall be as shown on the website. Prices advertised on the website
excludes delivery charges. The delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid
in advance.
Payment shall be made by you by the means specified on the website and shall not be deemed to be made
until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already been
accepted.
Our site contains a number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the
products listed may be out of stock or unavailable in which case you will be notified immediately and we will
try our best to provide an accurate date of when the particular item will be restocked. If an order has
already been accepted and gone through, but an item is out of stock, you will receive an immediate refund
including delivery costs.
At certain times, we will introduce promotional codes which can be used at checkout (excluding delivery)
Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card.
Delivery, Return or Exchange
We are happy to refund or exchange any product(s), excluding sale items within 14 days from date of
arrival, if for any reason you change your mind subject to terms and conditions.
Any returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted.
– Please ensure your product(s) returned are new, unused and in the original packaging.
– Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– For an exchange we will ship the item(s) required at no extra charge within 5 business days of a
return being received
– We will send you a refund (not including delivery cost) with an email confirmation.
